Amgen is hiring a Manager Quality Control I (Analytical Testing) to oversee analytical testing for raw materials, utilities, in-process controls, product release, and stability testing in biologics and small-molecule manufacturing. The role leads laboratory operations, analytical methods, equipment qualification, GMP and data-integrity compliance, investigations, audits, and quality risk management; manages analysts and senior analysts; and supports method validation, troubleshooting, cross-functional quality issues, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant doctorate or degree with the specified experience, at least five years of GMP-quality-control analytical operations experience, and experience managing people or leading teams and projects.
