Description
Phlow is hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations and testing activities for raw materials, in-process materials, intermediates, and finished APIs. The role oversees data integrity, regulatory and cGMP compliance, batch records, OOS investigations, CAPAs, analytical method validation, equipment qualification, and the development of laboratory analyst teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related science, 5–7 years of pharmaceutical QC laboratory experience, at least 2 years in leadership or supervision, and strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, FTIR, wet chemistry, data integrity, regulatory audits, and cGMP guidelines. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $140,000 plus bonus and stock option programs, along with medical, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and education-related benefits.
