The role manages quality personnel and inspectors, develops inspection and compliance programs, oversees non-conformance and corrective actions, supports contractor and supplier quality, and leads audits, quality reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline or equivalent education and experience, typically seven years of quality control or related technical experience, and strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
