Organon is hiring one Manager Quality Control Microbiology & Biochemistry to lead a team of laboratory analysts and specialists at its Oss site. The role oversees in vivo bioassays, microbiological testing, GMP compliance, safety, quality audits, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement, while coaching and developing staff. Candidates need a Life Sciences degree with Article 9 authorization under the Dutch Animal Experiments Act, relevant WoD experience, GMP laboratory experience, and strong coaching and communication skills. The position offers hybrid work, no relocation, and no visa sponsorship.
