Description
Appian is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager in McLean, Virginia, to lead its QA team and build scalable test automation frameworks for its enterprise software platform. The role covers QA strategy, UI, API, unit, and performance testing; Java or Python test applications; GitLab CI integration; test coverage and quality metrics; QA tooling; code reviews; and Agile feature breakdowns. Candidates need 8+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years in management or leadership, plus 5+ years of hands-on automation framework development. The position is onsite at Appian Headquarters and offers a base salary of $125,000–$250,000 USD plus benefits.
