Description
Baxter is hiring a Quality Engineering Manager to lead the site validation program and govern the plant data integrity program. The role establishes QA oversight strategy, approves high-risk validation and data-integrity decisions, manages the Quality Engineering team, coordinates with engineering, facilities, operations, laboratories, and system owners, and represents the programs during regulatory inspections and audits. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least eight years of progressive experience in cGMP validation, quality engineering, computerized-system assurance, data integrity, or QA, with a base salary of $112,000 to $154,000 annually.
