L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Manager, Quality Engineering for its Missile Solution Segment at an on-site Camden, Arkansas location. The role leads a quality engineering team and manages total quality management programs, Six Sigma initiatives, inspection planning, testing, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, customer and regulatory requirements, and quality budgets. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of related quality experience, or equivalent experience under alternative education and experience requirements, along with manufacturing, quality management systems, and continuous improvement experience. The schedule is 12-hour days with three nights on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and the role may require a US Secret Security Clearance.
