L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Manager, Quality Engineering for its Missile Solution Segment at an on-site Camden, Arkansas location. The role leads a quality engineering team and manages total quality management programs, Six Sigma initiatives, quality projects, root-cause and corrective-action processes, inspection and testing methods, budgets, and customer and regulatory requirements. The schedule is 12-hour days, three days per week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of related quality experience, or equivalent experience under alternative education and experience requirements, plus manufacturing, quality management systems, and continuous improvement experience.
