L3Harris is hiring a Manager, Quality Engineering in Camden, New Jersey on a 9/80 schedule. The role leads quality control processes, standards, procedures, audits, nonconformance resolution, corrective actions, supplier oversight, test methods, and quality documentation; manages a quality team; and coordinates with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors, and subcontractors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with at least 7 years, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree. The salary range is $128,500-$185,000, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
