Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Quality Manager for its Lawrence, Massachusetts site to provide strategic quality leadership across customer, manufacturing, supply-chain, reliability, and process-development operations. The role manages Quality Assurance teams, maintains compliance with MIL-PRF-19500, ISO9001, AS9100, and MIL-PRF-38534, leads failure analysis and corrective actions, supports new product introduction and supplier quality, and coordinates audits and DLA qualification activities. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent experience, 7–10+ years of quality engineering experience, and 3–5+ years of supervisory or management experience. The position offers a base salary of $91,000–$247,000 plus restricted stock units, quarterly bonuses, health benefits, retirement savings plans, and an ESPP program.
