Strategy is hiring a Manager – Quality Engineering to lead a growing QA team and ensure quality for data-centric, AI-driven, and scalable cloud systems. The role covers QA delivery and test automation, BI data validation, test coverage, data traceability, CI/CD quality metrics, regression automation, and performance testing. Applicants need at least 12 years of QA or test automation experience, including 3+ years in management, along with experience in data-driven platforms, cloud deployments, AI/ML pipelines, and Java, Python, Jenkins, Docker, and Git. The position is full-time in the Chennai office from Monday to Friday.
