Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time, permanent Manager Quality Engineering for a medical device business unit in Columbus, Nebraska. The role leads quality systems, quality engineering, validation, CAPA, regulatory compliance, audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement across molding, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and product release. It reports to the site Associate Director Quality Management and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field, at least five years of quality experience including three years in the medical device industry, plus experience with validations, CAPA, statistical analysis, high-volume manufacturing, Lean/Six Sigma, and people management.
