CIMA+ is hiring a Manager, Quality Systems to lead the preventive and operational aspects of its corporate Quality Management System. Reporting to the Director, Quality, the role will manage a team of Quality Specialists, support business sectors and regions, oversee ISO 9001 implementation and project quality controls, support service proposals and client quality requirements, and collaborate with compliance and management teams. The position requires a relevant university degree, at least 10 years of quality management or operational quality experience, at least 3 years of people management experience, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, enterprise systems and analytics experience, and bilingual French and English communication skills.
