CIMA+ is hiring a Manager, Quality Systems to lead the preventive and operational aspects of its corporate Quality Management System. Reporting to the Director, Quality, the role will design and improve QMS processes, implement project-quality controls, manage quality support for business sectors, lead a team of Quality Specialists, support service proposals and client quality requirements, and collaborate with compliance and management teams. The position requires a relevant university degree, at least 10 years of quality management or operational quality experience, at least 3 years of people management experience, ISO 9001 knowledge, enterprise-systems and analytics experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
