Description
The Rail Bike Manager will lead and develop the team, oversee safe and reliable daily rail bike operations, manage staffing and operational metrics, support seasonal planning and budgeting, maintain equipment and facilities, handle guest questions, and respond to incidents. The role requires supervisory or management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move rail bikes. It is a full-time salary-exempt position supporting a seven-day-a-week operation in Lincoln, New Hampshire, with weekend, holiday, peak-season, and occasional extended-shift availability, plus a full-time benefits package and annual bonus opportunity.
