Description
The R2R Manager will lead global accounting operations across general ledger, fixed assets, lease accounting, intercompany, tax, and financial close processes. The role owns multi-entity and multi-region accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, close-cycle governance, ERP and automation transformation, audit readiness, and the development of high-performing teams. It requires a commerce or accounting qualification, at least 10 years of accounting and R2R experience, at least 4 years leading global teams, and hands-on ERP experience.
