Description
The Manager, Reliability Compliance oversees NCEMC’s Electric Reliability Organization compliance strategy, ERO Compliance Plan, NERC/SERC regulatory reporting, audits, standard voting, alerts, and coordination with member cooperatives and external entities. The role leads a multidisciplinary compliance team, supervises the Safety Coordinator, manages training and metrics, and supports safety, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory activities. It requires at least 10 years of progressive electric utility experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business, and professional engineering licensure is highly desirable; visa sponsorship is not available, and the position follows a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.
