The role manages vendor and transportation delivery performance, reviews and coaches staff, sets goals and strategy, improves remarketing processes, supports compliance, and coordinates with internal departments and vendors. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of management experience in a call center or retail environment, on-site work, and prefers a bachelor's degree, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act knowledge, and vehicle-title familiarity.
