Description
Petco is hiring an enterprise Reporting & Data Governance Analyst to lead data governance, enterprise reporting, business intelligence strategy, data quality and compliance, and the development of a self-service data culture. The role manages and develops Reporting & Data Governance Analysts, chairs the Data Stewardship working group, partners with Data Engineering and Data Science, and ensures compliance with privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 5–7+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data governance, or data management, at least 2 years in a leadership or people-management role, and expertise in data warehousing, data lakes, BI visualization, and master data management.
