Description
The Manager Residency Training Programs will provide overall administrative responsibility for Montefiore Medical Center's Department of Dentistry residency programs. The role serves as a liaison to the house staff office, coordinates the Orthodontics Program, supports the annual match and resident onboarding and offboarding, supervises program coordinators, and implements best practices for resident academic experience. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of team-leadership experience, familiarity with Google and Microsoft applications, and knowledge of academic residency systems such as IRIS, ERAS, and NRMP.
