Description
Wingstop is hiring a Manager, Restaurant Technology Operations to oversee the performance, support, and continuous improvement of restaurant technology platforms, including POS, back-office, Smart Kitchen, and KDS systems. The role manages vendor relationships, incident resolution, technology readiness for promotions and new restaurant openings, hardware deployments, operational reporting, documentation, and team development. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of relevant restaurant, retail, or hospitality technology experience, and familiarity with project management, networking, device management, Agile practices, and related tools.
