Description
FRP is hiring a Restructuring Advisory Manager to lead financial analysis, cash-flow modelling, strategic options reviews, and independent business reviews for distressed businesses. The role may manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, CVAs, and Restructuring Plans, while supervising junior team members, coordinating with clients and other stakeholders, overseeing asset realisation, and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation. The position requires restructuring advisory experience, strong insolvency knowledge, stakeholder-management and organisational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and FRP systems.
