Curaleaf is hiring a Manager, Retail Labor Analytics to own enterprise labor strategy, workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, labor analytics, and performance optimization across a multi-unit retail environment. The role partners with Retail Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and store leadership; requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive experience in labor modeling, workforce analytics, workforce management, and retail operations; and is based on-site five days per week in one of five U.S. locations with up to 20% travel. Compensation is $118,000–$135,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
