Manager, Retail Learning Design at SKIMS

SKIMS is hiring a Manager, Retail Learning Design in Los Angeles to design, develop, and manage scalable digital and instructor-led learning experiences for its global retail organization. The role owns learning content, Articulate Rise 360 and LMS platforms, content governance, publishing schedules, localization, effectiveness measurement, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, while occasionally supporting facilitation and travel to stores and training events. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of relevant instructional design or retail learning experience, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
