Description
The Manager, Retail Operations & Programs will lead strategic operational programs and initiatives for Staples Retail, including the Travel Services program, process improvement, operational governance, change management, vendor management, and cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising, Omni-Channel, Store Operations, Communications, Vendor Management, and Field Leadership. The role also manages a team, develops operational resources, and presents recommendations to senior leaders. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of relevant experience, strong project and program management capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
