NBCUniversal is hiring a Manager, Technical Services (Rides & Attractions) to oversee the technical operations, installation, testing, maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination for rides and attractions. The role provides technical guidance to technicians, manages documentation and shift reporting, supports union and contractor relationships, and develops workforce and training plans. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, at least five years of theme park or related business operations experience, and 3–5 years of operations management or team leadership experience. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 plus bonus.
