Description
CTI is hiring an entry-to-mid-level Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) Specialist to support the execution, operationalization, sustainability, and continuous improvement of its RBQM framework across the clinical trial portfolio. The role coordinates Integrated Quality and Risk Management Plans, RACT/RMP/IDRP activities, risk reviews, documentation, centralized monitoring, and cross-functional accountability, while supporting the Director, RBQM and contributing to process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of clinical research or related experience, and familiarity with clinical trial operations, GCP, RBQM concepts, ICH E6(R2/R3), and clinical trial systems.
