HCF is hiring a Manager, Risk Frameworks to maintain and improve the organisation’s risk management policies, standards, procedures, tools, and reporting practices. The role partners with business leaders, specialist risk teams, and framework owners to ensure risk expectations are clear, consistent, and aligned with regulatory requirements and strategic goals. It also supports stakeholder consultation, process simplification, and the consistent capture, management, and reporting of risk information. Candidates should have experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or a related regulated environment, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
