The Manager, Risk Management at Early Warning is responsible for establishing and coordinating a central first-line of defense (LOD1) risk and internal control program. This role ensures alignment with the company's Enterprise Risk Management Leadership regarding the three-lines-of-defense (3LOD) program, aiming for consistent implementation and operationalization across the entire enterprise.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related field of specialty.
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of progressive audit, operational risk or other risk management experience or other proven related business experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of COSO’s Internal Control – Integrated Framework, or similar
Certification in risk management
First line of defense risk management experience.
