Elders is hiring a Manager, Risk Standards to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group's enterprise risk framework. The role includes developing risk taxonomy, appetite, policies, and maturity models; delivering framework initiatives; preparing consolidated risk and compliance reporting; analysing risk information; supporting risk capability and governance; and building and leading a small specialist team. Candidates should have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience, strong enterprise risk framework experience, strong reporting and insight skills, and emerging people leadership experience.
