The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, at least four years of management or direct team-leader experience in a complex technical support environment, and experience with metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and incident management. Weekend daytime on-call responsibilities may apply for select high-severity events.
