Description
The Facilities & Safety Manager serves as the primary safety presence during train operations and special events, monitoring guest and employee safety, correcting hazards, supporting safe boarding and deboarding, conducting safety briefings, documenting incidents, and maintaining SafeTracks records. The role also provides guest services, special-events support, concessions assistance, and light railcar and facilities maintenance, including minor repairs, accessibility-equipment support, and coordination of contractors, while avoiding heavy equipment or locomotive mechanical work.
