Eaton is hiring a Manager – Sales to expand its footprint in Karnataka and lead business growth for 3-phase UPS and power quality solutions. The role covers market expansion, revenue and gross margin achievement, market share growth, key account management, receivables and compliance, and channel partner development in Bangalore, Upcountry Karnataka, and the Vizag, Vijaywada, and upcountry AP region. Candidates should have a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics preferred, an MBA in Marketing or Sales as an added advantage, and 6–10 years of experience in power backup, UPS, or electrical solutions sales.
