Cohesity is hiring a Manager, Sales Engineering to lead and coach a regional team of Sales Engineers while supporting complex pre-sales opportunities, customer evaluations, technical demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, RFPs, and partner engagements. The role requires expertise in enterprise data protection, backup and recovery, cyber resilience, security concepts, and on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, along with leadership, communication, AI-tool usage, and willingness to travel. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is requested. The position offers a starting pay range of $201,400 to $251,750 and follows a hybrid in-office expectation for employees within commuting distance.
