Description
Zscaler is hiring a Manager, Sales Engineering to lead and grow the sales engineering organization for its core portfolio, including the Gen AI market, across the United States region. The role reports to the Senior Director of Sales Engineering, recruits and develops the team, scales discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept processes, partners with sales leadership and customers to design value-based solutions, and supports strategic deal execution. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, sales or systems engineering experience, team-management experience, cybersecurity and networking expertise, and experience with value-based selling in a matrixed GTM environment. The position is full-time, remote, and offers a base salary of CAD 170,625–243,750 plus benefits.
