Description
Aiven is hiring a Manager, Sales Operations in Cork, Ireland to lead a Sales Operations team and serve as the primary RevOps partner to regional Sales VPs. The role owns forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, quota deployment, and account hierarchies; builds self-service intelligence and automated KPI reporting; and develops AI-driven agentic workflows and LLM-based automations in Salesforce. The manager will also coach and develop a small distributed team and report to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations.
