GLG is hiring a Manager, Sales Operations in Gurugram to lead the Sales Operations team and support global sales operations functions. The role oversees Salesforce-based quote configuration, subscription setup, account and opportunity management, invoicing support, contract and renewal processing, internal controls, process improvement, reporting, and data integrity. It also manages and develops Sales Operations Associates and collaborates with Business Development, Finance, Legal, Revenue, and other global teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least six years of relevant experience, and at least two years in people management or team leadership.
