ConsultNet is hiring a Manager, Salesforce Development to lead and mentor a team of four senior Salesforce developers in a nonprofit healthcare environment. The role combines hands-on Salesforce development with technical direction, solution architecture, integration strategy, and team development practices. Responsibilities include guiding work on Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM applications, legacy org consolidation, and member and provider portals, while also bringing awareness of AI and emerging Salesforce developments. The position is full-time, two days per week onsite in New York, and pays $150,000-$170,000 per year.
