MAP/WPP Enterprise Solutions is hiring a Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development to lead and inspire a team of developers, define technical architecture, and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. The role includes driving product implementation and customization, establishing testing and optimization practices, leading stakeholder communication, mentoring developers, and contributing to solution architecture and technical roadmaps. Candidates need at least six years of progressive developer experience, including two or more years in a leadership or mentorship capacity within an agency or consulting environment focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with deep SFMC architectural expertise and proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, workflow engines, HTML, CSS, and multiple programming languages.
