Caris is hiring a Sample Management Operations Manager to lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of remnant biological specimens, including receipt, inventory, storage, retrieval, distribution, de-identification, and disposition. The role combines people leadership with working-manager responsibilities, operational oversight, LIMS and sample-management-system optimization, quality and regulatory compliance, cross-functional coordination, performance monitoring, and operational planning. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field, at least five years of progressive laboratory, pathology, clinical research, biorepository, or related experience, and at least two years of managerial experience. The position requires on-site work and may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays.
