HARMAN is hiring a Manager - SAP IBP to lead a team of 2 to 6 SAP IBP and CPI Solution Architects in designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting SAP IBP and CPI solutions. The role manages solution architects, project teams, vendors, implementation partners, business stakeholders, and digital transformation initiatives while configuring SAP IBP, troubleshooting planning processes, and improving planning processes. It is a regular permanent position with hybrid work from Harman offices in Bangalore or Pune, requiring 15+ years of SAP planning experience, at least two full-cycle SAP IBP implementations, and a bachelor's degree.
