MN8 Energy is hiring a SCADA Operations Manager to build, lead, and scale a full-service SCADA department supporting more than 900 solar, battery storage, and hybrid clean-energy assets across North America. The role combines technical leadership in SCADA, DAS, industrial automation, substation controls, telecom, and OT networking with department planning, staffing, ticket governance, vendor management, compliance support, field troubleshooting, commissioning, documentation, training, and process improvement. The position requires at least 10 years of solar SCADA engineering experience, substantial team-building and operations-support experience, knowledge of major control protocols and cybersecurity standards, and willingness to travel up to 40%.
