Description
The Manager, Scientific Programs oversees faculty engagement and program content for CRF conferences, symposia, and workshops, including physician course directors, faculty communications, onsite logistics, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. The role also manages the Call for Science process for assigned meetings, supports other CFS activities, reviews platform enhancements, generates reports, and maintains program documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, physician and senior-stakeholder experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong project-management and communication skills, and availability to travel 3–5 times per year. The position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with at least two pre-determined days per week in the mid-town office, and pays $75,000–$85,000 annually.
