Description
Formlabs is hiring a Manager, SEC Reporting to prepare, coordinate, review, and file quarterly and annual financial statements, disclosures, MD&A, earnings releases, and other SEC filings. The role leads technical accounting, accounting policies, internal controls, SOX compliance, audit support, financial reporting platforms, and process improvements, while partnering with FP&A, Operations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other finance stakeholders. Candidates need at least four years of relevant accounting experience, including two years in SEC reporting within a public company, along with knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, complex technical accounting, and financial reporting software.
