Description
Tonix Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead external financial reporting and SEC compliance activities. The role prepares and reviews SEC filings, maintains technical accounting documentation, supports XBRL tagging and auditor processes, assists with earnings and board reporting, and helps with SOX compliance and reporting improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, an active CPA license, at least five years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, and Big Four public accounting experience. The salary range is $100,000–$150,000 USD, and Tonix does not offer sponsorship.
