Description
The Manager, Securitization Administration will oversee accounting, reporting, financial analysis, issuance, settlement, cash tracking, and regulatory compliance for Equitable Bank’s securitization programs, including NHA MBS and covered bonds. The role manages direct reports, coordinates with internal finance, capital markets, treasury, compliance, audit, and external stakeholders, and supports process improvement and new securitization initiatives. It requires post-secondary accounting education, a CPA designation, at least five years of financial reporting experience including two years in leadership, and experience with data and systems management.
