Qantas is seeking an experienced Manager Security Assets to lead the management, optimisation, maintenance, renewal and continuous improvement of its national physical security infrastructure portfolio across more than 7,000 assets and 100+ locations. The role oversees access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring and emerging smart security solutions; manages suppliers, budgets, governance and reporting; and leads infrastructure and property projects in collaboration with Security, Property Development, IT and Operations. Candidates should have experience with physical security systems, project delivery, supplier performance, compliance and risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
