Snap Inc. is hiring a Security Engineering Manager to lead and grow its Identity Access Management team. The role owns IAM technical strategy across authentication, authorization, privileged access, and access governance; designs scalable security controls and automation in GCP and AWS; partners with engineering and infrastructure teams; and leads security reviews, risk assessments, incident response, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need strong security engineering and cloud security leadership experience, at least one year of engineering management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent post-bachelor’s security experience. The position follows a default-together approach requiring office attendance four or more days per week, with base salaries ranging from $213,000 to $377,000 annually depending on the pay zone, plus RSU equity.
