Figma is hiring a Security Operations Manager to lead and scale its security operations program, including detection engineering, incident response, SIEM and SOAR operations, threat intelligence, automation, vendor management, and operational resilience. The role partners with Security Engineering, Platform Security, IT, GRC, Legal, Privacy, and Communications, and can be performed from a US hub or remotely in the United States. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant security operations or incident response experience, along with hands-on detection and response automation and cloud-native security technology expertise. The annual base salary range is $204,000 to $317,000 USD, with equity and health, dental, and vision benefits.
