GRF CPAs & Advisors is hiring a Manager/Senior Controller for its Outsourced Accounting and Advisory Services (OAAS) team in Bethesda, Maryland. The role is full-time and can be performed fully remote, with hybrid access for local DMV-area candidates. The manager will oversee daily accounting operations for nonprofit and government contractor clients, lead staff, manage client relationships, ensure audit-ready GAAP-compliant reporting and compliance, and contribute to budgets, coaching, business development, and practice growth. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, typically 5-10 years of relevant public or outsourced accounting experience, and proficiency with modern accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Nexonia, Excel, and generative AI.
